Do you come to the house to measure?
Yes. The visit and the quote are free. We measure each window ourselves so the covering fits. You do not have to measure and hope.
How long until it is installed?
Most jobs are designed and installed in under 14 days from the day you approve the quote. We will tell you the exact timing for your fabric and style when we are at the house.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the window size, the fabric, and the style. There is no charge to measure or to get the number. Call (845) 414-6331 or use the form and we will price your rooms, not a guess from a photo.
Which towns do you cover?
Rockland County, including Monsey, Spring Valley, Suffern, New Square, Pomona, and Wesley Hills. Orange County, including Kiryas Joel, Monroe, Woodbury, Chester, Blooming Grove, and Goshen. If you are nearby and not on that list, call anyway.
What is the difference between an inside mount and an outside mount?
Inside mount sits inside the window frame and looks built-in. Outside mount covers the frame and a bit of wall, which blocks more light and hides a frame that is not square. We will tell you which one fits each window when we measure.
Can you darken a bedroom?
Yes. Ask for a blackout fabric. It is the right choice for bedrooms and nurseries. Sheer and light-filtering fabrics are better where you still want daylight.
Are the products made here?
Yes. RollUp crafts each shade locally in the USA, then we install it. That is why the usual turnaround is under two weeks instead of a long factory wait.
